TIN Process for Foreign Companies in Namibia
A valid NamRA TIN is required before any commercial declaration can be lodged.
Practical process
- Prepare company registration documents and director IDs.
- Submit TIN application package through the required NamRA channel.
- Verify issued TIN against company records.
- Use the importer TIN in Box 8 and declarant TIN in Box 14.
