Pricing FAQ
What does the price per shipment include?
Full Service pricing covers document prep, SAD 500 completion, ASYCUDA submission, all NamRA queries and amendments, and release coordination. There are no separate charges for individual follow-up steps.
How is the price range determined?
Pricing scales with shipment complexity — the number of line items, HS code classification requirements, the origin of goods, special regime applicability (e.g. rebates, EPZ), and whether TIN support is needed. We provide a fixed quote before work begins.
Do you charge for amendments?
No. Amendments and NamRA query responses are included in the Full Service fee. You will not receive a separate invoice for each NamRA interaction.
What is Basic Prep and when should I use it?
Basic Prep is for importers or brokers who have their own licensed submission capability but want a second-pair-of-eyes review before submission. We validate documents, flag classification issues, and provide a checklist — but we do not submit into ASYCUDA on your behalf.
Can I move from Basic Prep to Full Service mid-clearance?
Yes. If a preparation-only client needs us to take over full submission and NamRA engagement, we can upgrade mid-shipment. The additional work is scoped and priced at the time.
Is there a retainer option for regular importers?
Yes — the Enterprise tier is built around monthly retainers for high-volume importers. This includes a dedicated coordinator, volume discounts, and a fixed monthly cost rather than per-shipment billing.
